1. Who can sell tickets on Wehobo?

Anyone who has a valid CPR/ID and a transferable ticket to an eligible event can list it for resale on Wehobo. Sellers must ensure they have the legal right to resell the ticket.


2. How do I list a ticket for sale?

Log in to your Wehobo account, go to your Dashboard, and click “Sell Your Tickets.” Upload the ticket and enter your price. We’ll guide you through verification.


3. Is there a fee for listing my ticket?

Listing is free. A small service fee is applied only when your ticket is sold.


4. What if I need to cancel my listing?

You can deactivate or withdraw your ticket from sale any time before it's sold by visiting your Dashboard.


5. What happens if I sell a ticket and then can't provide it?

Once your ticket is sold, not being able to provide it is a violation of our Terms and will result in a penalty of up to 300 BHD / 800 USD.


6. How do I get paid?

Once the buyer attends the event and the ticket is validated, your payment is processed to your selected payout method within a few business days.


7. Are there restrictions on what I can sell?

Only valid, transferable event tickets are allowed. Tickets must comply with local laws and event policies.


8. What if my ticket is invalid or fraudulent?

Sellers are fully responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings. Fraudulent listings may lead to account suspension, penalties, or legal action.
