2.3. Sellers must ensure that all tickets listed for sale comply with applicable laws and regulations. Any violation of these Terms or applicable law may result in penalties, including but not limited to account suspension or fines.
3. Ticket Listing and Withdrawal
3.1. Tickets listed for sale on the Website will remain visible to potential buyers unless the seller takes action to deactivate or withdraw them.
3.2. Sellers may withdraw or deactivate tickets that have not been sold at any time through their Dashboard. This can be done by selecting the "Edit" button and toggling the activation option accordingly.
3.3. If a ticket is sold and the seller subsequently decides to withdraw it from sale, the seller acknowledges that this may result in a violation of these Terms. Such a violation may subject the seller to a penalty fee of up to 300 BHD/800 USD.
4. Seller Fees and Penalties
4.1. The Website reserves the right to impose fees for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to fees for the improper withdrawal of sold tickets.
4.2. Sellers will be notified of any penalties or fees incurred and will be required to settle the balance within the specified time period.

12.3. Violation for Withdrawing Sold Tickets
If a ticket is sold and the seller later decides to withdraw it from sale, the seller acknowledges that such action constitutes a violation of these Terms. This violation may result in a penalty fee of up to 300 BHD/800 USD.

If a ticket has not been sold and the seller wishes to utilize it for personal purposes, the seller may deactivate the ticket using the Dashboard.
